These terms describe use of BrewLab at foxelia.cc, including articles, calculators, reference charts and timers. Use the service lawfully and within the conditions below. If you do not accept applicable conditions, discontinue use. Nothing on this page reduces mandatory consumer or other statutory rights, or represents that browsing alone satisfies every jurisdiction’s requirements for a binding agreement.
Tools and articles are free to access without an account. We do not offer checkout, paid subscriptions or a newsletter-signup service in this version. Inputs, outputs and worked examples use the units, assumptions and limits shown on each tool page. An illustrative estimate, tasting score or random order is not certification, an equipment guarantee or a report of a physical test. References to SCA, manufacturers or other organizations do not imply their endorsement or affiliation.
The optional brew journal stores records only in your browser. You are responsible for exporting backups; there is no account recovery or cross-device synchronization. Importing a backup does not verify the recipe or establish that a comparison caused a taste difference.
Check input values, units and outputs before relying on them. Recipe scaling does not establish brewer capacity; water chemistry comparisons do not establish potability, corrosion or machine compatibility; freshness calendars do not establish food safety. Timers and audible alerts may be delayed or unavailable because of browser, device, sound or power settings. They are not safety-critical alarms. Follow the instructions for your equipment and take appropriate care with hot liquids, steam and pressurized devices. Taste alone is not a safety test.
You may use the tools for lawful personal use and internal recipe planning, including within a business, subject to their stated limitations. You may link to public pages. Access does not transfer ownership of site content or grant a general right to republish its text, illustrations, branding or source code. Rights in original expression remain with the relevant rights holders.
Third-party materials retain their own rights and licenses. Lucide UI icons are distributed under the upstream license included with the icon files. Mathematical facts and formulas are not claimed as exclusive property merely because they appear here. References link to source material; they do not authorize copying the source or imply that standards bodies certified these tools. Any broader reuse must comply with the applicable license or permission.
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, evade security controls or use automation in a way that impairs availability. Do not misrepresent results as official certification or present the site as endorsing your product. These restrictions do not prohibit lawful ordinary access, legitimate linking or rights that applicable law grants.
Read the Privacy Policy for local input processing, network resources, emails and your choices. The contact form only prepares or copies a draft; it does not send, store or confirm receipt of a message. You must send correspondence yourself. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unnecessarily. Sending feedback does not create an obligation to implement a requested feature or a confidential advisory relationship.

Restrictions must remain subject to applicable law; nothing here gives an unlimited right to remove statutory remedies or process personal information beyond the purposes disclosed.

We do not select an exclusive court or governing jurisdiction on this page. Applicable law determines the rights, forum and obligations that apply, including any protections that cannot be waived. The revision date identifies this version. We may revise these terms for changes in features, requirements or operations, providing additional notice where required. Changes are not intended to remove rights that have already accrued. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent allowed by law.
