What would you change next?
Choose a recorded cup, describe what you noticed and plan one controlled experiment.
A taste is an observation, not a measurement of extraction. These transparent rules suggest a test; they cannot establish a cause, guarantee improvement or assess food safety. No AI service is called, and nothing is uploaded.

How to interpret a suggestion
Record dose, water or espresso yield, grinder, temperature, timing and any dilution. The helper reads the selected historical snapshot, your chosen taste and your flow observation. It does not infer flavour from a score or treat a fixed shot time as a verdict. A proposed variation never changes the original recipe or historic cup; saving it does not deduct beans.
For a water experiment, the 5% difference is an editorial comparison size. For an immersion-time experiment, 30 seconds is a starting step. Grinder steps are deliberately not assigned universal dial numbers. If a taste persists, consider the coffee, water, preparation and equipment rather than repeatedly making the same adjustment.
