One recipe. One step at a time.
Choose a brewer, weigh your ingredients and follow an adjustable starting schedule.
Set your recipe
Match the brewer’s capacity and instructions. These are BrewLab starting schedules, not manufacturer-certified recipes. Temperature is a recipe note, not measured or controlled here. Check local boiling limits.
Follow your brew
Ready. Start when water first touches the coffee.
Visual timer only. Pause excludes paused time. Background tabs and device sleep may interrupt updates; keep the page active. Finish when your actual brew ends, even if it differs from the schedule.

Before you start
- Use stable equipment and handle hot water carefully. Never force a press or exceed brewer capacity.
- Water targets are cumulative scale weights without re-taring between pours. “Add” is the additional amount for that step.
- For AeroPress, use the upright method and check the model’s capacity. This plan does not use an inverted brewer.
- Drawdown depends on grind, filter, dose and technique. The schedule is a reminder, not a valve or machine controller.
Example
A 20 g V60 recipe at 1:16 uses 320 g input water: bloom to 48 g, pour another 144 g to reach 192 g, then add 128 g to reach 320 g. The collected beverage will be lower.
